Aura Bloom collects only the information needed to run salon bookings and staff operations.
What we collect
For guest bookings we collect name, email address, phone number, and appointment details. For staff accounts we collect account and session data needed for authentication, audit logs, and tenant operations.
How we use it
We use booking details to confirm, reschedule, cancel, and support appointments. We also use limited operational logs and security events to protect the platform and investigate incidents.
Retention and deletion
Guest booking records follow the repository’s default retention policy of 24 months unless a legal obligation requires longer storage. Verified erasure requests are handled through the platform’s privacy runbook, including anonymization when legal basis ends.
Privacy requests
Verified data-access and deletion requests are handled manually by the operator within the documented service window. Contact the salon you booked with or the platform operator to begin a request.
